A man was bothering me today and I
Wanted to tell him to go away
But I stood and listened to him anyway, okay.
He said he didn't want to shoot that man

But I gave him a smile and tipped my hat and told him to have a very nice rest

Un hombre estaba fastidiando hoy y yo
Buscaba decirle que se marcharara
Pero me quede quieto y lo escuche de cualquier manera, de acuerdo.
El dijo que no deseaba acribillar a ese sujeto
Y esto estaba en su pensar y no entiendo
Y el acabo con lo que pudo, de acuerdo.

Supongo que su cuerpo tan bueno como mio
Y solo como yo el derrochaba tiempo
Tomando cada piedra para ver lo que puedo conseguir, de acuerdo
El estaba llenando su tanque (de combustible) y preguntaba por algo de dinero (su cambio)
Menti y le dije que no tenia ninguno
Y mi conciencia llamo de nuevo y le di (al sujeto) una mano repleta de cambio.

El estaba sucio y pestilente y un poco primitivo

Queria decir que para el mundo, eres lo mas bajo (lo peor que existio, eres la desgracia),
