Entrée - The Elven King

Darkness among the forest
where creatures prepare to dance
who knows where they came from
they just appeared in a glance

Nymphs and fairies lilting their sweet chants
to praise the night, in velvet veils
my kingdom for a jester's wisdom
the old king shouts in search of hales

The elfin folk know it's their last hour
so they'll celebrate until they're done.
some thousand years, some thousand stories
