Breakups, failures, unexplainable fears
Friends turned to foes, foes turned to friends
The fighting kept going 'til nothing's left to defend
I was lacking sleep, I was breaking down
I started popping pills although it made me frown
I freaked out, I od:d when I was as most rash
Got paranoid, walked on hot coals, ran out of cash

So another ride was booked for a notorious crash-magnet
I was jailed, I was fired, really starting to sink
I sobered up, but went back on the drink
I was loving the alien then mourning the loss
Almost went to church and kneeled in front of the cross
But I'm back with a vengeance...

And tries to feel secure
