She Walked Away

you say it's best for right now. i'm telling you i don't see how. why can't we feel the same way? it was only last week. you and i decided not to speak. i wish there was a better way. she walked away, to a better place.
she be back again someday, and she'll call me up that night. it's hard to say goodbye, in the blink of an eye.
i hope that everything is fine. she's telling me it's better this way, now i just can't find a thing to day.
was this all a waste of time? why do we make promises that we'll never keep, was it because we were in way to deep? how long do you think it'd be before i'd realize, that all you're telling me is lies? you turned your back on me.
in time, you will see. what a mistake it was you made. i've blocked you out of my life. you've filled me with such pain and strife. you know that you'll be back again someday.
